We're looking for a Technical CG Lead to supervise and own the technical side of how we get there - across CGI, AI, pipeline, and process. You see the whole picture, from how one artist works to how the whole production runs, and you'd rather fix something yourself than wait for someone else to. We’re a global team that values ownership, collaboration, and craft. What you'll be doing Own and improve our technical pipeline - tooling, automation, data flows, and standards. Lead the technical team and advise artists and Art Directors on better ways of working. Bring focus and direction to our AI exploration. Spot bottlenecks early and turn them into scalable fixes. Get hands-on when it counts, then turn what works into practice for the wider team. Shape the technical and production roles we need as we grow.
