About this role
We’re looking for an experienced Director of Supply Operations to lead the operational direction of Smart Supply, AI Digital’s deal management and supply curation platform. Smart Supply operates as a curation layer between programmatic supply and an advertiser’s DSP, helping improve supply quality, transparency, performance, and monetization. This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines deep programmatic and supply-side expertise with strong commercial judgment, technical understanding, and hands-on operational leadership. Responsibilities Own the day-to-day operational performance of Smart Supply, excluding direct sales. Lead and develop the AdOps team, including responsibility for technical implementation. Drive supply monetization, curation, supply and vendor optimization, margin improvement, and revenue growth. Oversee the monetization-related Client Services / Account Management function. Develop and execute structured testing approaches for new technologies, traffic sources, and monetization opportunities. Review and validate test results, and guide the team in identifying additional optimization and monetization opportunities. Clearly communicate what has been tested, what works, what does not work, and why. Provide executive leadership with clear conclusions, recommendations, and an understanding of the limitations of different approaches. Partner closely with Sales to understand market and client needs and adapt operations accordingly. Collaborate with Product on product direction, testing, operational feedback, and future development. Collaborate with Engineering on technical feasibility and implementation. Build scalable workflows, introduce automation, and improve operational efficiency. Lead hiring, team development, performance management, and organizational changes.
