Job Description Location: Burlington Township, NJ Aramark Facilities Management is hiring a Groundskeeper in Burlington Township, NJ to help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our facility grounds. This hands-on outdoor position pays $19.75 - $20.75 per hour and is ideal for candidates with experience operating commercial landscaping equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include mowing grass, string trimming, landscaping, snow removal, completing work orders, moving materials, and assisting with event setups. The role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and operating equipment such as commercial mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, and other grounds maintenance tools. Job Responsibilities Maintain facility grounds through mowing, edging, string trimming, weeding, raking, planting, and general landscape maintenance. Operate commercial landscaping equipment including mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, sprayers, and other grounds maintenance tools. Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal, ice control, salting, and shoveling walkways and entrances. Complete assigned work orders related to grounds and exterior property upkeep. Assist with event setups, moving equipment, furniture, supplies, and materials as needed. Clean and maintain sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas. Operate trucks, tractors, or other equipment used for grounds maintenance when required. Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on landscaping equipment and tools. Follow all safety procedures and promptly report equipment issues, hazards, or maintenance concerns. Experience operating commercial landscaping or lawn care equipment. Ability to safely operate commercial mowers, string trimmers, and other grounds maintenance equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently and follow daily assignments. Ability to lift, carry, push, and move materials, equipment, and supplies throughout the workday. Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other seasonal conditions. Availability to work a regular schedule of 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM . Preferred 1+ year of groundskeeping, landscaping, lawn maintenance, or facilities maintenance experience. Experience with snow removal and ice management. Experience operating tractors, utility vehicles, or similar grounds maintenance equipment.
