POSITION SUMMARY Lead end-to-end payroll operations for Thailand, supporting a manufacturing workforce of approximately 1,500 employees while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. Act as the primary liaison with the payroll vendor and manage payroll activities in accordance with Thai labor laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and global payroll standards. Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders to support payroll reporting, audits, compliance, and issue resolution. Drive payroll process improvements, system enhancements, and operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex pay structures and shift schedules. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure monthly payroll, statutory payment and year-end tax reporting are processed accurately, timely and in accordance with Thailand local statutory requirements Manage monthly Personal Income Tax (PIT) withholding calculations, filings, reconciliations, and year-end tax reporting (PND 1, PND 1 Kor and employee tax certificates). Oversee Social Security Fund (SSF) contribution calculations, submissions, and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines. Ensure accurate processing of overtime, shift premiums, holiday pay, leave payments, attendance-related earnings, and statutory deductions in accordance with Thailand labour regulations. Review and validate termination payments, unused leave encashments, severance calculations, and other off-cycle payments in accordance with Thailand labour laws. Responsible for post payroll activities – provide GL and accrual Maintain up‑to‑date understanding of regulatory changes and ensure payroll processes remain compliant. Work closely with HR, Finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure payroll data is complete, compliant, and processed in accordance with company policies. Maintain accurate and secure payroll records with supporting documentation for both internal and external audits. Produce and distribute standard payroll and management reports on a monthly or ad-hoc basis. Assist in maintaining, updating, and improving payroll SOPs, checklists, workflows, and related documentation. Supporting and driving payroll special projects. Respond to employees’ payroll enquiries in a timely manner. Ability to analyze payroll variances and resolve discrepancies. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of Thailand payroll. Experience managing payroll vendors and service delivery against defined SLAs. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a daptable to new processes and systems High accuracy in data entry and ability to handle confidential information securely. Ability to identify discrepancies, support payroll checks, and maintain data integrity. Strong collaboration skills when working with HR, Finance, and external vendors. Able to work effectively under tight deadlines, especially during payroll cycles. Capable of working both independently and in team settings within a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Experience working with time and attendance systems in a manufacturing environment. Ability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English
