POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, Talent Acquisition for AETH Thailand, based at our Laemchabang, Chonburi facility, is responsible for leading recruitment strategies and programs that attract, select, and onboard top talent across the site. This role ensures that AETH’s workforce of approximately 3,000 employees is supported by effective hiring practices, strong employer branding, and partnerships that build a sustainable talent pipeline. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources – Thailand, the Manager plays a critical role in aligning local talent acquisition initiatives with global HR programs and timelines. The position requires strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance immediate hiring needs with long-term workforce planning. The Manager will also lead a small team of two direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure effective execution of learning and development activities and continuous growth of team capabilities. RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Acquisition Strategy Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet workforce needs across all functions. Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring requirements and align recruitment plans with organizational goals. Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, equitable, and compliant with Thai labor law. Employer Branding & Partnerships Lead employer branding initiatives to position AETH as an employer of choice in the region. Manage advertising and social media campaigns to promote job opportunities and company culture. Build and maintain partnerships with universities, technical schools, and professional associations to strengthen talent pipelines. Represent AETH at job fairs and external events to enhance visibility and attract diverse talent. Recruitment & Selection Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes for all levels of roles. Ensure timely and high-quality candidate experiences throughout the recruitment cycle. Manage offer processes, including negotiation and approvals, to secure top talent. Lead onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization. Internship & Early Career Programs Design and manage internship programs to attract and develop early-career talent. Partner with academic institutions to identify and engage high-potential students. Track program outcomes and integrate successful interns into long-term hiring pipelines. Global Program Alignment Ensure local learning and development initiatives align with global HR programs and timelines. Act as a liaison between local HR and global L&D teams. Data Analysis & Reporting Track and report recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. Provide insights to leadership on talent market trends and workforce planning. Use data to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experiences. Team Leadership & Development Supervise and mentor L&D staff members, ensuring alignment with departmental goals. Delegate tasks and monitor workload distribution to optimize team efficiency. Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development planning for direct reports. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that supports continuous learning and professional growth. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred but not required. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent are advantageous. Training in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition strategies is a plus. 10 years of progressive HR or talent acquisition experience in a large-scale, multi-national manufacturing environment. Experience in electronics or high-tech OEM/contract manufacturing environments is preferred. Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives. 5 years in a supervisory or lead recruitment role. Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and candidate assessment methods. Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Taleo). Ability to use data analytics tools for tracking recruitment metrics and identifying trends. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism. Collaborative mindset with ability to work across departments and levels.
