Client Success Manager - Veteran Support/VA Disability Claims - Remote

Client Success Manager to serve as a front-line guide for our clients as they move through their VA disability claims process. This is a client-facing role centered on onboarding, education, and ongoing support: you'll lead group onboarding calls, run themed weekly workshops, and keep clients engaged, informed, and moving forward every step of the way. You'll be the person clients see the most — which means you set the tone for their entire experience. If you have high emotional intelligence, communicate with clarity and warmth, and take pride in staying organized while juggling multiple client touchpoints, this role is for you.
Day in the Life
Prepare for and lead small-group onboarding calls with new clients (6 per week), walking them through the initial first steps of the process.
Run weekly workshop calls (3 per week), each built around a specific theme or category of the process, combining structured teaching with live group Q&A.
Conduct welcome calls and private one-on-one sessions for clients who are unable to attend group onboarding calls.
Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients through regular check-ins.
Handle and resolve client escalation cases with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
Conduct consistent client success interviews and request Trustpilot reviews from satisfied clients.
Field and handle client requests and questions inside our Skool community platform. You'll either come in well-versed in Skool or be trained up on it.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Must-Haves
1+ year of client success or customer service experience in a client-facing role
Knowledge and hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot a strong plus!)
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and genuine empathy for clients
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client touchpoints without letting things slip
Knowledge of the VA disability claims process
Position Details
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Start Date: Early October
Schedule: 8am - 5pm EST | Monday - Friday
Occasional need to flex hours until 6pm EST
