We're currently open Friday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 17:00 PM, with a limited menu. Starting November 19th, we'll also be open on Wednesdays and Thursdays. What does your working day look like? You and the team will ensure everything in the Orangery looks tip-top, both inside and on the patio, so you're ready to welcome guests on time. You'll check that everything is in stock and replenish as needed-for example, are there enough pastries in the display case? At 11:00 AM, you open the doors and welcome guests. Throughout the day, you ensure guests have everything they need: you take orders, advise them on the menu, prepare the most delicious coffees, serve drinks and dishes, take the bill, and ensure payments are processed correctly. You're the first point of contact, manage the team (including the cleaner/dishwasher), and ensure everything runs smoothly. Naturally, you'll also clear the tables and ensure everything is left clean and tidy at the end of the day. As a floor manager, you're also responsible for placing orders for drinks and pastries, ensuring there's always enough stock. Creating the schedule is also part of your duties.
