This unique location, where history and gastronomy converge, nestled in the palace's beautiful gardens, offers an atmospheric setting where visitors can enjoy delicious dishes. We're open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 17:00 PM, with a delicious, small menu. We're also open Wednesdays and Thursdays during exhibitions at the palace, and extended opening hours may apply for events. What does your working day look like? You and your colleagues will first ensure that everything in the Orangery looks neat and tidy and that you're ready to welcome guests. You'll check that everything is in stock and replenish as needed-for example, are there enough pastries in the display case? At 11:00 AM, you open the doors and welcome guests. Throughout the day, you ensure guests have everything they need: you take orders, advise them on the menu, prepare the most delicious coffees, serve drinks and dishes, take the bill, and ensure payments are processed correctly. Of course, you also clear the tables neatly and at the end of the day you ensure that everything is left clean and tidy.
