What You'll Do As a Technical Sales Representative, Feed Additives & Premix, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and sales teams, helping drive business growth through specialized product knowledge and industry expertise. You will work closely with producers, nutritionists, and commercial livestock operations, providing technical support, identifying customer needs, and recommending solutions that deliver value. You will: - Provide technical support and consultation to customers and sales professionals. - Conduct farm visits and work directly with customers in the animal production industry. - Interpret field data and provide recommendations related to nutrition, production, housing, transport, and equipment. - Support sales activities by identifying customer needs and developing value-based solutions. - Prepare and deliver technical presentations, customer training, and educational programs. - Assist with product trials, implementation, and technical problem-solving. - Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, product development, quality, and manufacturing. - Contribute to process improvements, customer communications, and industry outreach activities. - Maintain technical expertise thr...
