We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join our Risk team, supporting the oversight and enhancement of our Risk in Change and Critical Operations frameworks. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening operational resilience, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, and ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements, including APRA CPS 230. About the Role As a trusted second line risk professional, you will provide governance, oversight and independent challenge across business transformation, strategic change initiatives and critical operations. You will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure risks associated with change execution are effectively identified, assessed and managed. You will support the continuous improvement of Rabobank's Risk in Change Framework and Critical Operations Methodology while helping embed strong risk management practices across the business. - Perform governance and oversight activities across Operational Risk frameworks relating to Change Execution Failure Risk and Critical Operations. - Support the development and enhancement of policies, standards, methodologies, procedures and tools. - Drive ongoing improvements to the Risk in Change Framework and Critical Operations Methodology. - Ensure APRA CPS 230 requirements are incorporated into relevant frameworks and risk practices. - Pro...
