This unique location, where history and gastronomy converge, nestled in the palace's beautiful gardens, offers an atmospheric setting where visitors can enjoy delicious dishes. We are open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 5pm, with a nice small menu. During exhibitions in the palace, we are also open on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and opening hours may be extended during events. What does your working day look like? Your day begins with preparatory work, such as setting up the mise-en-place . You ensure that everything is neatly packaged, dated, and that the shelf life of the products is monitored. During lunch, you'll prepare both cold and hot dishes from our menu, ensuring guests can enjoy their lunch as quickly as possible. As soon as time allows, you'll check inventory and place orders with suppliers. At closing time, you'll start cleaning up and ensure the kitchen is tidy. You'll strictly observe HACCP guidelines in all your tasks. Do you have any great ideas for the menu? They're always welcome!
