Key responsibilities - Own and optimize mortgage process flows from intake to approval, completion, and aftercare. - Analyze performance, risks, and bottlenecks using data, KPIs, and customer feedback; translate insights into actionable improvements. - Lead process redesign initiatives (e.g., standardization, automation, digitization) and manage implementation with stakeholders. - Define and maintain process documentation, policies, controls, and governance aligned with regulatory requirements. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with business, operations, IT, risk, compliance, and external partners. - Support change management, training, and continuous improvement practices (e.g., Lean/Agile ways of working). Required skills and experience - Strong experience in process management within mortgages/financial services, including end-to-end process ownership. - Proven ability to drive measurable improvements using process analysis , KPIs , and stakeholder management . - Knowledge of mortgage products, customer journeys, and relevant regulatory/compliance frameworks. - Experience working with IT and data teams on workflow tools, automation, and system/process integration. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills; able to align multiple sta...
