That is where you come in. What will you do as Global Director People & Culture? The success of DVJ will not be determined by technology, research methodologies or AI alone. It will also depend on our ability to build an organisation that continuously evolves alongside our strategy. As Global Director People & Culture, you are responsible for building that organisation. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you translate DVJ's business strategy into the organisational capabilities, leadership, culture and people practices needed for sustainable international growth. You act as the strategic owner of People & Culture across DVJ and work closely with the Board. You are part of the Management Team and work with all leaders across our different markets.
