Commercial Coordinator Location: Warrington Role: Commercial Coordinator Location: Warrington, WA1 4RZ Hours: 37.5 hours per week | between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday Salary: Between £30,000 - £33,000 pa DOE Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities? We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator to support a busy sales function, ensuring customer orders, quotations, and sales processes are managed efficiently from enquiry through to completion. What you'll be doing - Preparing and issuing customer quotations - Processing sales orders and coordinating deliveries - Raising purchase orders and supporting order fulfilment - Managing customer orders from quotation through to completion - Analysing jobs and processing invoices - Producing KPI and performance reports - Providing administrative support to the external sales team - Working closely with multiple departments to ensure an excellent customer experience What we're looking for - Experience working within an office-based administrative role - Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel - Excellent organisational and planning abilities - A keen eye for detail and accuracy - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience using CRM systems and maintaining data records - Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and improve processes We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
