We are looking for a Functional Application Administrator 32-36 hours per week | Location: Exloo (hybrid work, at least 50% on-site) What will you be doing? As a functional application administrator, you will contribute to the management and further development of our case management system (currently Dimpact eSuite). You will ensure that the system aligns optimally with the organization's work processes and support colleagues in using it effectively. Your duties include: - Setting up, managing, and maintaining the case management system and related applications that support our services; - providing support to end users by answering questions and resolving or escalating incidents; - testing new releases and features before they go live; - managing connections between the case management system and other applications; - Setting up e-services and developing forms and templates, in collaboration with colleagues.
