As a Job Coach at House of Work, you are the main point of contact for our Romanian-speaking temporary employees in the workplace. You regularly visit the locations where they work, get to know the employees and stay up to date with what is happening on the work floor. You stay in touch, answer work-related questions and notice when something needs extra attention. Of course, you are not doing this alone. You work closely with your colleagues at House of Work and make sure that questions, information or points of attention reach the right person. The result?
