In this role, you will help drive responsible sourcing initiatives, strengthen ESG reporting and compliance, and transform supplier data into meaningful insights that support our commitments on human rights, traceability, certifications, and climate action. Working closely with Procurement and Sustainability teams, you will contribute directly to a more sustainable value chain. Vacancy Description As ESG Data & Responsible Sourcing Specialist, you will support and drive the responsible sourcing agenda within Procurement while ensuring robust ESG data management, reporting, and compliance processes. You will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, validating, and analyzing supplier and sustainability data that enables informed decision-making and supports external reporting requirements. Your responsibilities include: - Responsible Sourcing Data & Execution - Compile, maintain and improve traceability datasets across key commodities - Manage certification data, including RSPO, RTRS and other sustainability certifications - Maintain the supplier grievance case tracker and support monitoring activities - Support Procurement category teams in supplier data collection and engagement - Prepare inputs for KPI measurement, monitoring and reporting ESG Data Management & Analytics - Maintain and validate supplier emission data and ensure accurate uploads into reporting systems and databases - Support the development and enhancement of dashboards covering end-to-end emissions and marginal abatement curves - Contribute to EcoVadis data integration and supplier ESG risk profiling - Identify opportu...
