RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage ocean import shipments from origin through final delivery while ensuring compliance with customer SOPs and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate bookings, shipment tracking, customs documentation, arrival notices, delivery arrangements, and invoicing activities. - Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve transportation, documentation, and service issues. - Collaborate with carriers, overseas offices, agents, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure operational excellence. - Build strong customer relationships through timely communication, issue resolution, and service support. - Provide shipment status updates, operational reporting, and documentation support to customers and stakeholders. - Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to service, quality, and efficiency initiatives. - Participate in customer reviews and support business growth through exceptional service delivery.
