You bring payroll, mobility tax and social security together in one reliable framework. Your work directly supports employees working on international projects. You enable your teams to establish payroll to be accurate, compliant and timely. At the same time, you create better insight and smarter ways of working. Together with colleagues across Van Oord, you build the future of our global payroll services. As Sr. Manager Global Payroll & Mobility Tax, you are accountable for the global payroll process across Van Oord. You make sure salaries, wages and allowances are processed accurately and on time across multiple countries. You connect global payroll execution with local legislation, employment conditions, mobility tax and social security requirements. The role has a strong employee focus, especially for colleagues working across borders on international projects. You work closely with the Global Mobility and our Tax team to manage complex international payroll and tax positions. You report hierarchically and functionally to the Manager Global Finance Service Center. You bring payroll, mobility and tax together in one integrated approach. You act as the Global Process Owner for Payroll and own the end-to-end payroll process. You lead Global Payroll Services and manage the performance of external payroll providers. You ensure that payroll systems are used effectively while meeting security and GDPR requirements.
