Functieomschrijving About the Position We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our automotive showroom in Rotterdam. As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional and positive showroom experience. You will welcome customers and visitors, handle incoming phone calls and support the daily operations of the showroom. Your Responsibilities - Welcome and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. - Provide customers with the appropriate information and direct them to the relevant department or employee. - Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate contact person. - Manage appointments and support the daily planning of the showroom. - Register and maintain customer and visitor information when required. - Ensure that the reception desk and waiting area are always clean, tidy and presentable. - Support other departments with basic administrative and organizational tasks. - Receive and process mail, parcels, deliveries and general correspondence. - Assist with showroom activities, events and other tasks when needed. - Contribute to a high level of customer service and maintain a professional showroom image. What We Are Looking For - Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, retail or a similar position is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude. - Strong organizational skills and a good sense of planning and structure. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Fluent in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is required. - Good computer skills and experience with common offi...
