Your role As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR to attract and hire the right people. You will advise on the most effective recruitment strategies, write compelling job advertisements, actively source candidates, and guide applicants from the initial conversation through to the job offer. You are part of our HR team and report to the CFO. You act as a trusted partner to hiring managers while contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment within Delft Circuits.
