Purpose of the Role The Corporate Communications Manager reports to the Head of Communications and leads the day-to-day execution of Pharming's global communications across internal, external, digital, and executive channels. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, the role helps ensure communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with corporate priorities, the corporate brand, and regulatory requirements. This is an individual-contributor role within a small, hands-on Corporate Communications team and does not currently include line-management responsibility. The pace can be high, particularly around business-critical milestones, and priorities may change quickly. The role requires someone who can respond rapidly, work independently and deliver accurate, high-quality communications to tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Communications Planning & Delivery - Develop and deliver integrated communications plans and campaigns aligned with corporate priorities and the corporate communications strategy. - Manage communications projects end to end, coordinating timelines, inputs, review, and approvals to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. - Translate complex scientific, financial, and business information into clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate communications. - Plan and deliver communications supporting corporate, financial, clinical, and regulatory milestones, organizational updates, business initiatives, and leadership communications in close coordination with relevant functions. - Identify proactive communications opportunities and recommend practical improvements that strengthen effectiveness and stakeholder engagement. - Support the Head of Corporate Communications with executive communications materials as required.
