Core responsibilities - Develop, implement, and monitor sustainability/ESG strategies, targets, and roadmaps. - Collect, validate, and report sustainability data (e.g., energy, water, waste, emissions) for internal dashboards and external disclosures. - Manage carbon accounting and support greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, reduction plans, and progress tracking. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and reporting frameworks; support audits and certifications. - Partner with operations, procurement, facilities, and leadership to embed sustainability into processes and decision-making. - Identify and deliver initiatives that improve resource efficiency, circularity, and responsible sourcing. - Prepare stakeholder communications, training, and change-management materials to drive engagement. - Track risks and opportunities related to climate, environmental performance, and ESG commitments.
