Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Senior Advocaat Arbeidsrecht Role purpose: Advise and represent employers and/or employees on complex Dutch employment law matters, delivering strategic, pragmatic solutions and high-quality litigation support. Key responsibilities - Provide senior-level legal advice on individual and collective employment law topics (e.g., dismissal, reorganizations, performance, sickness/absence, flexible work, non-competes). - Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, settlement agreements, policies, and HR documentation. - Lead and manage litigation and dispute resolution before courts and relevant authorities; prepare pleadings and legal strategy. - Support clients in works council and collective bargaining processes; advise on compliance and change management. - Manage client relationships, deliver clear risk assessments, and translate legal requirements into actionable guidance. - Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to knowledge development, training, and business development activities. Required skills and qualifications - Qualified Dutch attorney (advocaat) with significant experience in employment law. - Proven expertise in complex advisory work and employment litigation. - Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills; able to handle sensitive matters with discretion. - Client-focused communication and stakeholder management; able to explain legal concepts clearly. - Commercial mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating within a team. - Excell...
