For this role, you will be responsible for provide the technical solutions for bus tenders. Reports to: Product technology section manager. Key responsibilities: · Technical management of tender documents · Evaluation of product technical solutions · Product specifications management · New technology and new product management · Localization solutions · Competitive Analysis · New product development support Main duties: · Lead technical analysis of tender documents, extracting requirements, constraints, and acceptance criteria to form the basis of the bid. · Develop and validate customized technical bid solutions that meet client requirements, ensuring feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and compliance. · Coordinate technical clarifications and negotiations with clients, translating their needs into concrete technical specifications and scope. · Liaise with HQ R&D to confirm implementation approaches for new technologies, align on architecture, risks, and resource commitments. · Produce technical bid deliverables (solution descriptions, drawings, technical datasheet, etc.) and maintain version control through submission. · Assess technical risks and propose mitigation plans for tendered solutions, informing commercial decision-making.
