About this role
Manager, Commercial Property Provide resources to direct retail sales for selection of Pandora store location in HK, MO and TW in line with the strategy of expansion. This role leads and directs the network expansion strategy for the 3 above markets and sits within the Pandora Asia Cluster. - Develop market expansion plans for free standing stores in streets and shopping centers in agreement with Senior Management. - Identify and promote new business opportunities of the brand focusing on qualitative distribution - Make sure the annual expansion plan can be carried out timely. - Negotiate conditions with landlords and coordinate with Legal Department in Pandora Group local office. - Coordinate the overall business development of new projects (store openings, etc.) collaborating with all internal departments (store planning, construction, merchandising, supply chain, etc.) - Monitor competitors in the marketplace. - Be responsible for the 3-year plan, IP approvals and other relevant administrative / reporting work Other relevant work as assigned by Supervisor Manager, Commercial Property Full Time
