Core responsibilities - Lead IT budgeting, rolling forecasts, and month-end close activities; ensure accuracy and timeliness. - Monitor IT OPEX/CAPEX, accruals, chargebacks, and cost allocations; explain variances and risks. - Build and maintain financial models for IT initiatives, business cases, and ROI/NPV analyses. - Partner with IT leadership and procurement to optimize vendor spend, contracts, and licensing costs. - Develop dashboards and KPIs (e.g., run vs. change, cost per service, project burn rate) and present insights to stakeholders. - Support portfolio governance: investment prioritization, benefits tracking, and post-implementation reviews. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements. Required skills and experience - IT controlling/FP&A experience, including budget ownership and forecasting. - Strong understanding of IT cost structures (cloud, infrastructure, applications, vendors, projects). - Advanced financial analysis and modeling; strong variance and scenario analysis skills. - Proficiency with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., SAP/Oracle, Power BI/Tableau, Excel). - Stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations. - High attention to detail, structure...
