From a central location, you monitor shops and staff sites for a well-known telecom-sector client, follow camera footage, handle reports, communicate with colleagues and emergency services, and carry out patrols when needed. Your work helps identify and follow up suspicious situations and contributes to a safe environment for employees, visitors and property. Your responsibilities include: - Monitoring cameras at shops, sites and staff areas - Identifying suspicious situations and responding quickly to incidents - Acting as a point of contact for visitors and colleagues - Reporting and following up on emergencies such as break-ins and vandalism - Registering incidents and noteworthy details in digital systems - Carrying out fire, closing and control patrols according to protocol Requirements: - An mbo-2 Security diploma, or - Completed havo, vwo or mbo-4 and willingness to follow the training - Digital skills and strong communication skills - The ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent Dutch and good English - Flexible availability for changing shifts - A police screening is part of the application procedure.
