Legal Intern We are looking for a Legal Intern to support the Legal Manager of Bolton Adhesives in the Netherlands. This internship offers you the opportunity to gain practical experience in an international company and contribute to a broad range of legal matters. How you make the difference As a Legal Intern, you will support the Legal team with day-to-day legal activities and help translate legal requirements into clear, practical solutions for the business. How your agenda looks like: - Supporting the review, drafting and organisation of commercial agreements and other legal documents. - Working with colleagues across the business to identify legal risks. Conducting legal research and preparing concise summaries and/or and propose practical solutions. - Assisting with product, packaging, regulatory, compliance, privacy and intellectual property matters. - Helping to maintain legal templates, contract records and other internal legal documentation. - Preparing presentations, guidance notes and training materials for colleagues. Your team: You will work closely with the Legal Manager in the Netherlands and collaborate with colleagues across the business, including Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Finance and Operations. What makes you a great fit: - Education: you are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law. - Work Experience: previous internship or work experience in a legal environment is an advantage, but not essential. - Skills: you are analytical, well organised and able to communicate legal topics clearly and practically. - Personal qualities: you are proactive, accurate, curious and comfortable working independently as well in collaboration - Languages: good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
