Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid GenAI Engineer - Assetization Team Role purpose: Design, build, and scale reusable GenAI assets (components, templates, accelerators, and reference implementations) that enable rapid delivery of high-quality AI solutions across teams and clients. Core responsibilities - Develop production-ready GenAI assets such as prompt libraries, RAG pipelines, agent workflows, evaluation harnesses, and deployment templates. - Standardize patterns for data ingestion, embedding, retrieval, tool/function calling, and orchestration across common use cases. - Implement quality, safety, and reliability controls including testing, monitoring, guardrails, and responsible AI practices. - Package assets for reuse with clear documentation, versioning, and examples; enable adoption through internal enablement and support. - Collaborate with product, platform, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable assets. - Optimize performance and cost across model usage, latency, caching, and retrieval strategies.
