Job description As part of our team you will have the following responsibilities: - The scope of this activity is to support ESA in the development, implementation and improvement of new Training "Academies". Provides Academy-level coordination across ESA's learning architecture, instructional design, stakeholder engagement, delivery readiness and evaluation. - Act as the L&D interface towards Academy stakeholders, including ESA organisational entities, governance bodies, subject matter experts and external providers contracted to support Academy development and delivery. Coordinate contributions, facilitate collaboration, support decision making processes and obtain required approvals. - Analyse existing training assets, identify gaps, overlaps and integration opportunities, and define and maintain the Academy learning architecture, learning pathways, learning objectives, targe...
