Team lead Flex Foundry Delft Circuits Full-time, Delft, Netherlands EUR 77,760-94,608 / year Posted on Sep 17, 2026 Your Role As Team Lead - Flex Foundry you help build and lead our growing Foundry Product Line. As Team Lead Flex Foundry, you own this chain end-to-end: from customer needs and product roadmap, through design rules, sourcing and development, to manufacturing, testing and delivery . This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining product, technology, customers, people and operations. You will report to our CPO and Co-Founder of Delft Circuits. Our Foundry operation enables customers to design and manufacture advanced flexible circuits using Delft Circuits' technology. We develop and maintain our Foundry product offering and roadmap, including the design rules and Process Design Kit (PDK), support customers with their designs, manufacture their products and perform basic testing.
