As Aftersales Manager, you will take responsibility for our customers once a project has been delivered. You will be the key link between the customer, our service engineers, and our technical organization. Your main focus will be on our iCUBE systems. These are automated storage systems where reliability and availability are essential. You make sure we do not wait until a customer calls us with a problem, but instead think ahead. Planning preventive maintenance, monitoring SLA commitments, offering spare parts, coordinating service activities, and ensuring that everything is handled correctly from an administrative perspective: you keep the overview. In short, you will help us take the next step from providing service to delivering professional and proactive aftersales support. What will you be doing? No two days are the same. You will work closely with customers, service engineers, technical teams, and Sales. One day, you may be discussing preventive maintenance for a customer's machines, while the next you may need to respond quickly to an unexpected breakdown. Throughout it all, you maintain the overview and make sure agreements are followed through.
