Strategic Pricing Analyst Mission As a Strategic Pricing Analyst at Center Parcs Europe, you use data to further develop our pricing strategy across the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and Denmark. You analyse consumer behaviour, competitors and market developments, evaluate our pricing and translate data into concrete commercial recommendations. Your work is not only about today's prices: you help shape the future of Pricing and Revenue Management across Center Parcs Europe. What will you do? You will work on a broad range of pricing topics, from data analysis and pricing systems to long-term strategic improvements. You will: - research, calculate and manage day ticket prices and related availability; - analyse pricing developments, competitors and market trends and translate your findings into concrete recommendations for our European pricing strategy; - develop guidelines for the Revenue Management System (RMS) and ensure a consistent approach, for example regarding AutoPilot settings and upper and lower limits for price changes; - conduct consumer pricing research to validate and further improve our pricing strategy; - carry out market and competitor research and work with external data providers and partners; - advise the web team on how prices and other price-related information are presented online; - manage and improve price-related terms and conditions and explore opportunities such as flexible rates; - develop and maintain a central pricing catalogue; - contribute to the further development towards Total Revenue Management; - initiate long-term improvements that further professionalise Pricing and Revenue Management across the organisation.
