Axiomer® could potentially yield a new class of innovative medicines and treat currently untreatable diseases. Our HR department is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator (full-time) to join our team. Location: Leiden, the Netherlands (on-site) The role As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide experienced administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment process. You will work closely with our Lead Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, candidates and external recruitment agencies to ensure that recruitment activities are well organized and that candidates receive a professional and positive experience. The main focus of this role is on recruitment coordination, administration and candidate communication. For selected vacancies, you will also support parts of the recruitment process, such as reviewing applications and conducting initial screening calls.
