The Lead Engineer is responsible for the technical solution and ensures that it is realised within agreed timeline and budget. In this position, you will work for the Electrical Engineering team for data centres, which consists of around 30 engineers. What are your responsibilities? As Lead Engineer, you are responsible for the technical execution of complex power distribution projects. You ensure that all engineering disciplines work together effectively and deliver on time and within budget. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams. - Ensuring technical alignment between all project disciplines and designs. - Coordinating with project management, procurement, document control and site teams. - Acting as the technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. - Reviewing and guiding engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. - Supporting the engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of power distribution systems. - Managing technical scope, quality, planning and engineering budgets. - Visiting factories and project sites to support testing, customer meetings and project execution.
