Location: Leiden, the Netherlands (on-site) The role As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide experienced administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment process. You will work closely with our Lead Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, candidates and external recruitment agencies to ensure that recruitment activities are well organized and that candidates receive a professional and positive experience. The main focus of this role is on recruitment coordination, administration and candidate communication. For selected vacancies, you will also support parts of the recruitment process, such as reviewing applications and conducting initial screening calls. The overall ownership of the recruitment strategy and process remains with the Lead Talent Acquisition. This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys operational recruitment, takes pride in keeping processes organized and accurate, and is comfortable working independently within clearly defined responsibilities. Key responsibilities: - Organize interviews, including scheduling, preparing interview panels, arranging travel when required, and coordinating with Reception to support on-site meetings; - Acting as a contact person in the event of last-minute cancellations or changes to interview plans; - Monitoring and responding to enquiries received through the Recruitment inbox and other recruitment channels; - Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates, hiring managers and external recruitment agencies. - Keep Teamtailor and all recruitment files accurate, complete and up to date. - Support the development and maintenance of our candidate database. - Support referrals, internal candidates, reference checks and other pre-employment requirements. - Support...
