Team Lead SAIT - Hybrid - - Delft , Netherlands - €4,809 - €5,477 per month - Mission Solutions & Engineering Job description The System AIT (SAIT) team at ISISPACE, is responsible for the satellite-level integration and test activities within our satellite projects. It is a dynamic team where last-minute work is not rare and problems need to be solved on the spot, while maintaining a high-quality standard. We are looking for a Team Lead who makes sure that everything runs smoothly and create an inspiring, healthy team environment with open communication lines. If required, Team Leads may also contribute to discipline-specific work alongside their team members. Specific tasks and responsibilities include: Strategic Alignment & Planning - Translate department goals and initiatives into clear team objectives and plans. - Define priorities, expected results, and assign team members to projects based on needs, competencies, and capacity. - Support resource planning in coordination with internal stakeholders. Team Leadership & Development - Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the discipline team. - Provide professional guidance, mentorship, and support to team members. - Monitor progress, address issues, and escalate where necessary. - Conduct performance reviews and identify development and training needs in alignment with management. Process & Compliance - Develop, implement, and maintain team processes and improvements in alignment with company and department initiatives. - Ensure team processes are documented and adhered to. - Coordinate process improvements with other stakeholders, teams, and departments. - Ensure team members comply with applicable processes, standards, rules, and regulations, and address deviations.
