The Position The Senior Alternative Models Program Management Manager is responsible for organizing and supporting the execution of specific strategic initiatives within the broader framework established by the Director of Program Management. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and executing project timelines and action plans for prioritized strategic initiatives. It also involves developing management tools and reporting templates, ensuring all initiatives are tracked and aligned with strategic objectives to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate effective collaboration across teams. Lastly, by supporting the facilitation of collaborations among teams and stakeholders, the Senior Program Management Manager supports the coordination necessary to design, launch, and scale our most critical initiatives.
