For Parc Maasresidence Thorn, we are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Assistant Manager of Housekeeping. Job Responsibilities: You recognize yourself in the following: • You have experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar operational environment. • Preferably, you have experience in leading, guiding, or coordinating staff. • You are strong organizationally and can keep an overview, even when things get busy. • You are proactive: you see what needs to be done and don't wait for someone to tell you. • You have strong communication skills and know how to address employees positively and clearly. • You are quality-oriented and have an eye for detail. • You can handle unexpected situations well and adapt quickly when plans change. • You're not afraid to get on the floor yourself and help out when needed. • You work well with different departments and colleagues. • You are flexible, even during busy periods, weekends, and holidays. • You speak Dutch and English well enough to communicate clearly with colleagues. Requirements: As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, your tasks include: • Supporting the Housekeeping Manager in the daily management of the department. • Being partly responsible for the daily work distribution, planning, and communication with staff. • Assisting in creating and adjusting staff schedules, considering occupancy, arrivals, and departures of guests. • Actively going around the park to oversee cleaning quality and accommodation readiness.
