About this role
As a Back Office Customer & Service Support Officer, you play a key role in connecting various departments, including Customer Service, Field Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, and Inside Sales. You ensure that questions are answered promptly and that processes run efficiently. What are you going to do? - Act as the first point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders; - Process orders and support order entry and order management activities; - Provide updates on order, service, and delivery statuses; - Assist with questions regarding SAP and internal processes; - Coordinate with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Credit Management to ensure smooth order processing; - Handle returns, complaints, and service-related requests; - Support Field Service Engineers in their day-to-day activities; - Maintain and update equipment, service, and customer data; - Assist the Inside Sales team with contract and order administration; - Help resolve issues affecting invoicing, inventory, or deliveries; - Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and accurate communication.
