You will provide a warm welcome and be the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues. Thanks to your organizational skills, service-oriented attitude, and enthusiasm, everything runs smoothly. This position starts through an employment agency and, if it is a good match, can lead to a permanent contract. This is a part-time position with the following working hours: - Monday and Tuesday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM - Thursday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Every other Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Your duties include: - Welcoming and directing visitors - Answering and transferring phone calls - Performing light administrative tasks, such as handling mail and registrations - Processing and checking invoices - Handling questions and complaints - Managing the cash register system and processing payments - Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area What do we offer?
