Maastricht | Food industry | Shift allowance: up to 139% What will you do? As a Packaging Operator, you will ensure that our flowpack, checkweigher, metal detector, cartoning, and labeling machines run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll manage frequent packaging changes for different customers, follow line specifications precisely, and perform quality checks every 30 minutes. You take immediate action if there are deviations in quality, weight, or packaging, and you communicate with the bakery and packing departments to solve issues. Technical insight, accuracy, and vigilance are essential in this role—because delivering the wrong packaging, date code, or weight can lead to serious recalls. What’s your job about? Operate and monitor packaging machines Set up lines for different packaging materials Pack products according to specifications Perform and log quality checks Fix small technical issues Keep your workplace clean 5.30-14.00/13.30-22.00/21.30-6.00 What skills do you have? Experience as operator or in food industry (preferred) Technical insight & eye for detail Eagerness to learn & adapt Dutch or English communication skills EPT/forklift certificate is a plus (can be obtained later) Own transport required What do you get in return? Per 1 October €16.75 gross per hour After 26 worked weeks €18,01 gross per hour Shift allowance: 138% (18:00–03:00) 139% (03:00–06:30) Great team & growing company
