The engine of the special shunting tractor starts up, and your work can begin. The goal is simple. Ensure that every trailer is at the right loading or unloading spot at exactly the right time. It's a challenging puzzle where overview and precision are key. As soon as a trailer is in position, you roll up your sleeves. The heavy tarps need to be removed. This is physical work that requires considerable strength and perseverance. Whether the sun is shining or the rain is pouring down. Your workplace is outdoors, and the work never stops. In between driving, you sometimes perform minor assembly or disassembly work on the trailers. Everything is geared toward keeping the logistics flow running smoothly.
