As a logistics order picker at Schiphol, you combine active picking with smooth teamwork. You execute order picking using an electric cart and automated voice headsets. Your voice headset guides you step-by-step through the facility. You pilot your electric cart to pick up correct flower boxes and bring them directly to loading bays for transport. You bring energetic focus, physical strength, and fluent English speech. Lifting heavy crates and staying on your feet during early morning hours is no problem for you. You maintain safety standards and communicate clearly with colleagues and floor supervisors. You join a collaborative environment that values every team member's input.
