You support daily operations, monitor the quality of work, and help colleagues achieve the best possible results. You work closely with inbound, outbound, and sorting teams to ensure parcel flows run smoothly. You enjoy solving challenges on the work floor. For example, when a parcel flow is delayed or colleagues need support during busy periods, you maintain oversight and provide quick and effective solutions. Your responsibilities include: • Leading, coaching, and supporting operational colleagues. • Monitoring parcel flows, quality, and productivity. • Identifying and resolving process deviations. • Training and onboarding new employees. • Supporting the Team Leader and carrying out administrative tasks.You will work in a close-knit team of logistics employees, senior employees, and team leaders. The atmosphere is collaborative, practical, and focused on teamwork. Everyone supports each other to achieve daily operational goals. Functie-eisen: For this position, we are looking for an experienced logistics professional who enjoys taking responsibility and supporting colleagues on the work floor. Important requirements: • Minimum VMBO-GL/TL/LBO level of education and thinking ability. • At least 2 years of experience within logistics, warehousing, or operational processes. • Good command of the English language; Dutch is a plus. • Experience in coaching, guiding, or leading colleagues. • Willingness to work rotating shifts within a 24/7 operation.
