Integrated Mechanization Solutions B.V. Assistant Controller As an Assistant Controller at IMS, you form a vital link within our entire organization. One of your responsibilities is ensuring accurate financial accounting. You also support the Controller in generating reports and monitor the progress of service orders. Additionally, you contribute ideas for improving financial and administrative processes. You are part of the Finance team. The Finance team ensures that everything runs smoothly and transparently behind the scenes from a financial perspective. The team maintains a firm grip on the figures, identifies opportunities and risks, and ensures a financially sound course of action. In doing so, you enable our technical colleagues to focus on their strengths. Collaboration must therefore be one of your core skills. You seek collaboration not only within your own Finance team but also ensure smooth cooperation and communication with our other departments. Almelo € 3.750 - 5.750 Icon Education Bachelor+ 5 years+ What you'll be doing - Discussing the progress of (service) projects with project managers on a monthly and ad-hoc basis; - Preparing various (monthly) reports; - Supporting the planning and control cycle and the budgeting process, and assisting in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and the financial statements of subsidiaries; - Preparing cash flow forecasts; - Assisting in the preparation of business cases; - Advising management and the executive board-both proactively and upon request-on a wide range of organizational issues; - Verifying figures, entries, and documents for correct input and proper coding; - Supporting the finance department in the execution of its tasks.
