The HSE & Sustainability drives and supports the further development and implementation of the sustainability policy, coordinates projects and monitors progress. You work closely with various departments to make sustainability objectives measurable and translate legislation and regulations into workable processes, reporting and improvement initiatives. You will have the opportunity and responsibility to establish the department, further shape it and develop it into a professional, future-proof part of the organization. As the department evolves, the position offers clear opportunities to grow into a formal management role. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and continuously improve Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies across multiple locations. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including occupational health and safety, environmental and safety legislation. Conduct and update Risk Inventories & Evaluations (RI&Es) and translate findings into concrete improvement actions. Identify, analyze and follow up on incidents, accidents and near misses. Be actively present on the shop floor through safety rounds, observations and acting as a point of contact. Organize and deliver toolbox meetings and HSE training sessions. Coordinate and support internal and external audits, such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and VCA. Report on HSE KPIs and advise management on risks and improvement opportunities. Harmonize working methods and procedures across the different locations. Act as the point of contact for CSRD and ESG-related matters. Translat...
