About this role
As a working supervisor production, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the production line every day. You will work full-time (37.5 hours per week) in shifts and receive a shift allowance. In this varied role, you combine leading the team with working hands-on on the line. There is plenty of room for you to develop further and grow within the organization. The position is for the long term with the prospect of a permanent contract. You start your working day with a brief handover and assign tasks within the team. You set up machines, check the quality of products, and ensure production runs according to schedule. You perform inspections, solve minor malfunctions, and call in technical support for larger technical issues. During your shift, you keep an overview, support your colleagues, and work closely with other departments. Together, you make sure everything runs safely, cleanly, and efficiently.
