Here, you will learn about the location, the team and the procedures, systems and working methods of EW Facility Services. After six months, we will evaluate your development. Following a positive evaluation, you will continue the programme. The goal is to prepare you to independently manage the housekeeping department of a hotel after approximately 12 months. Jij bent - Experienced as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within hotel cleaning - Comfortable in guiding employees, distributing tasks and performing quality inspections - Available full-time for at least four and preferably five days per week - Flexible availability from Monday to Sunday, including weekends - Good command of the English language - Comfortable working with digital systems or willing to learn - Responsible, motivated and able to guide and support others - Living in Amsterdam or the surrou...
